Man named Anthony Bowden (sp?) with thick indian/pakistan accent claimed to be from American Financial Board and wanted to help with my 'unsecured debt'. Keeps calling & being rude & cursing. Told him I was on the 'Do not call list' and to not call again. Keeps calling though.
